New to Yoga

  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
  • Please do not wear heavy fragrance
  • You'll learn new breathing practices.
  • Be prepared to move and do a series of poses.
  • The yoga instructor will ask you to pay attention.
  • Your instructor might lead you in a chant or meditation.
  • The class will  end with deep relaxation.
  • Expect to feel sore the next day.
